Lease [Sections 105 — 117]

Your family rents a flat in Kharghar, pays rent on the first of every month, and has a written agreement. One day the landlord says, “Vacate in fifteen days.” Can he? What if there is no written agreement at all, or the agreement was never registered? And if he sells the flat to someone else, does the new owner throw you out? Chapter V of the Transfer of Property Act, sections 105 to 117, answers all of this.
