Legal disability (S.6-10)
A man dies leaving a flat in Kharghar to his five-year-old son. A neighbour moves in and stays on, and nobody in the family notices for years. Should the clock of limitation run against a child? The Limitation Act says the law should wait for him, but only up to a point. Sections 6 to 10 set out how.

Where a person entitled to sue (or to apply for execution of a decree) is a minor, insane or an idiot when time begins to run, section 6 lets him sue within the same period after the disability ends; section 7 deals with joint claimants; section 8 caps the extension; section 9 says time, once started, does not stop; section 10 removes the bar for suits to follow trust property.
