Viva Voce
You have spent a semester sitting at the back of a courtroom in Thane, carrying files for an advocate in Fort, and arguing in a moot hall at college. Then a stranger with your file in front of her says, “Tell me what happened on the day you observed a trial.” Nobody can write that answer the night before. The viva tests whether you actually did the training, and whether you can talk about it like a junior in a profession. How do you prepare for an examination that has no fixed questions?
In two minutes
A viva in this paper is an oral check that your practical record is real and that you understand the law behind what you saw and did, so prepare by working backwards from each entry in your own files.
